About The South Asian Canada Cup<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The South Asian Canada Cup is a biennial national ball hockey tournament that celebrates the diversity of our players and their shared passion for the sport.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Welcome to the 2025 South Asian Canada Cup powered by AZ1 Hockey & South Asian Hockey<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

AZ1 Hockey with South Asian Hockey will be presenting the 8th installment of this national tournament that was founded in 2008. The South Asian Canada Cup is one of the largest ball hockey tournaments in the South Asian community; it brings together the top ball hockey teams & players from across Canada. We will be hosting this year’s event in Calgary, AB from May 1st to May 3rd. The tournament currently has 18 teams registered and upwards of 400 ball hockey players that will be attending the event.<\/p>\n

AZ1 Hockey is dedicated to growing the game of hockey & providing avenues for South Asians to get into the game on and off the ice.<\/p>\n

We want to personally welcome all competitors, staff, and fans to the 2025 South Asian Canada Cup. We will continue to grow the tournament moving forward.<\/p>\n

The South Asian community has always been a large supporter of hockey and this tournament is the epitome of that exact statement. Whether it is on the street, on cement or ice – this tournament showcases our community and shows the hockey world that we are here and the love we have for the game.<\/p>\n
